Dear President  Obama:
What happened to Bradley Manning?

  Dear: President Barack Obama and General Jeffrey. S. Buchanan:  

1.  Is war a crime against humanity?                                            Yes or No?

2.  Is it a crime to expose ethical and moral crimes committed by your side during a war?...                                                                                          Yes or No?

3.  Are not soldiers allowed the right to expose crimes and to refuse to participate in a crime?...                                                                                Yes of No?

4.  Are only leaders such as: religious priests, dictators, generals, presidents or kings allowed the absolute freedom to send young people to war for the purpose of killing or to be killed?...                                                            Yes or No?

5     Is it a crime to indoctrinate and teach young people to kill and then send them off to fight and to kill other indoctrinated young people?...           Yes or No?

 6.  If war crimes are committed during a war, should those responsible not be exposed?...                                                                                   Yes or No?

 7   Is exposing a war crime a war crime?...                                  Yes or No?

 8.  Should leaders who mandated soldiers involved in a war crime be exempt from punishment?...                                                                                Yes or No?

 9.     If soldiers are legally mandated by their leaders to commit crimes, Bradley Manning should have the same mandated protection....                Yes or No?  

10.   Is there such a thing as a just war?...                                     Yes or No?

11.   What is the motivation for war? Is the motivation to either protect or to acquire territory and natural resources?                                         Yes or No?

12.  Is the motivation for war to seek revenge for a perceived wrong committed by an opposing faction with opposing religious or political views?      Yes or No?

13.     Is the attempt to acquire and dominate another country for their resources or for their territory or even for political revenge, a crime?...           Yes or No?

14.     Bradley Manning is a prisoner of conscience and he is being punished by the U.S. military for exposing crimes mandated by his leaders.

          Should he have been placed before a military court and charged as a traitor for exposing a war crime?...                                                            Yes or No?

15.     Should Bradley Manning be given a Presidential Pardon and a discharge by the military and released immediately? ...                                        Yes of No? 

         

           Where is Bradley Manning today? The fact he was a soldier did not exempt him from his legal responsibilities as a civilized human being to expose crimes when and if he discovered those crimes.

16. Today, Bradley Manning is considered an international hero and absolutely not a criminal or a traitor. Is he still in prison?                                    Yes or No?

17.      Are you, President Obama or you General Buchanan, legally allowed to commit a war crime or even a non-military crime for that matter?...    Yes or No?

          Are you, president Obama and you General Buchanan, controlled by a legal moral and ethical code of conduct?...                                                  Yes or No?

18.     Would you not expose a crime if you discovered it?                  Yes or No?

19.     Was Bradley Manning committing a crime by exposing crimes when he leaked information of war crimes to the world with the full understanding he would           be personally abused and punished by the military if he was discovered?...

Answer:                                                                                                Yes or No. 

20.  Which crime is more heinous? Manning breaking the military code of silence by blowing the whistle on cold blooded murder for which he is now incarcerated, or the actual cold blooded murder? Manning, as a soldier of conscience, should never have been incarcerated?                                                            Yes or No.

21.  Are you, as leaders, exempt from your responsibility to protect all your soldiers, including Bradley Manning?...                                                Yes or No?

   At this point in history, President Obama and General Buchanan, I can honestly tell you that Bradley Manning is not regarded by millions of people around the world as a criminal or a traitor. He is without a doubt regarded by the international News Media as a prisoner of conscience. If you believe you are doing your duty by continuing the incarceration of Bradley Manning, you are wrong! You are doing more harm than good to your leadership and to your country. You are abusing a human for his moral and ethical convictions.

Dear President Obama:

  Bradley Manning will be placed in the history books as a whistle blower and a protector of human rights. 

Does he continue to be a political prisoner?                                          Yes or No?

 You could do one last thing good thing before leaving office as president of the United States and that is to free Bradley Manning.     Thanks for reading!
