Fires in the Rainforest were started by humans for the sake of making money. Pure greed and ignorance are devastating what has been described as the lungs of the world. These fires are out of control and killing thousands of native species and they are also destroying the villages of native people in the Amazon. I suggest world governments wake up and send several million fire fighters to Brazil along with armed soldiers to protect the fire fighters. Allowing the Amazon to burn will exacerbate global warming and that most likely will create a mass extinction. Care to guess who will be going extinct?
