             Revenge is not a good thing but sometimes it could be fun! 

I bought a pellet rifle at the giant Canadian Tire store in Sainte-Eustache, Quebec. I brought it home to target practise in the basement but not only did it not hit the targets I aimed at, but it kept jamming and frustrating the hell out of me! The next day, I brought it back for an exchange or a refund.

The Canadian Tire manager absolutely refused to take it back! He claimed it was designated as a fire-arm and he refused to refund or exchange my fire-arm. I gave him an argument but when I realized he was serious, I gave up and brought my dangerous Fire-Arm back home.

Today, I'm glad I kept the pellet rifle because I discovered the problem was not the rifle but the pellets they sold me to use in the rifle. I paid over 20 Dollars for a small box of pellets and half the pellets jammed in the rifle barrel. They were too large for the barrel!  Not wanting to give up, I returned to the store and bought different pellets. This time they sold me pellets that were too small for the rifle. Attempting to load one of these small pellets meant watching it pass through the barrel and fall on the floor! The bottle containing the pellets now sits on my desk as a reminder never to trust large Canadian Tire stores. 

   Update! I have learned to use the smaller pellets. They were not meant for my air rifle but using my imagination, I dabbed a minuscule amount of Vaseline into the rifle loading port and the small pellets now stick to the vaseline where they remain in place until I crank and shoot. They also become dangerously fast and accurate and so I recommend you do not use them in a confined space, as for example, my basement. For fun in the basement without too much risk of the ammunition bouncing back and hitting you, and also for helping me win sweet revenge on a large box store...try the following....  

Today is revenge time! For every person who purchased air rifle pellets at a ridiculous price from Canadian Tire, here is an alternative. You can use Q-Tips as ammunition for your pellet rifle. You can buy 500 Q-Tips at four dollars a box and they will not jam your air rifle. You can even recycle the Q-Tips several times back into the rifle and they will shoot hard and fast towards any target you choose! Of course I absolutely do not advise you aim or shoot at humans or animals and because they are Q-tips, hitting the centre of your target becomes a challenge.  If they don't fit immediately into your barrel, remove a small amount of cotton from the tips until they do fit.  Don't force them into the barrel.  

  Decades ago, the first thing a soldier or a hunter did was deliberately jam a chunk of Cotton into their long barrel rifles, followed by an iron ball. 

  I am finally having fun with my air rifle! I practise with the Q-Tip ammunition in the basement and they seldom jam in the rifle barrel! Also, the target practise helps me aim my Photography Camera more accurately at flying Geese when they pass over my head, but that's another story. Thanks for reading!

The fight for my life!

 Hello Gentle People!

 I won't recover from Cancer but I can give it a hell of a fight, for as long as possible!

If you don't know me by now, here is a reminder. 

I registered the WORLD FRIENDLY HUMANITARIAN PEACE AND ECOLOGY MOVEMENT on the  Google web space, and because I did that, my web email box is now crowded with non profit organizations all asking for money!

The word donate has become a curse! Too many people use it to ask me for money! I am not a philanthropist and I don't have that much money! What I do have left I am keeping to help me survive the next few months. 

After my departure from this life, I will leave something behind for legal non profits, but not before!

Dear Joseph, On World Water Day, we celebrate the profound role water plays in helping children survive, stay healthy and reach their potential. Yet every day, millions of children still lack access to clean and safe water, putting their health and futures at risk. Thanks to your monthly support, UNICEF is working tirelessly to bring essential water services to children and families in the world’s most challenging places. Here are just a few examples of how your generosity is making an impact:

Keeping safe water flowing in Ukraine In Liubar, Ukraine, deteriorating pipes caused a decline in water quality and frequent outages. UNICEF, with the support of our donors and partners, was able to provide 1,500 metres of piping to help the community restore its water supply, ensuring access to clean, safe drinking water for children and their families.

Trucking water to displaced families in Syria In Al Hol camp, Syria, displaced children and families face a daily struggle to meet their basic needs, including access to clean and safe water. Thanks to donors like you, UNICEF was able to step in with water trucking assistance to reach nearly 16,600 residents with the water they urgently need.

Solar power brings clean water in Ethiopia In Ethiopia, the ongoing conflict left 14-year-old Samrawit (pictured) and her family struggling to access clean water. With UNICEF's help, a solar-powered water system now provides Samrawit’s village with clean water, allowing her to focus more on her studies and less on fetching water.

Water is life. Water is a human right. Yet, more than two billion people live in countries where water supply is inadequate. And for too many, water is not just scarce—it’s under threat. This World Water Day, will you take action? Your gift can help deliver clean water to those who need it most. GIVE WATER TODAY Today, I want to share some of the biggest water crises we’re facing and how Oxfam is responding: Water as a weapon of war – In Gaza and beyond, cutting off access to water is being used to control and harm civilians. We’re working urgently to provide safe drinking water and sanitation where it’s most needed while calling out this war crime. Climate-driven disasters – Floods and droughts fueled by climate change are worsening global water and food insecurity. Oxfam helps communities adapt and build resilience. Water-borne diseases – Outbreaks linked to unsafe water puts millions at risk. We respond with rapid emergency hygiene kids, sanitation and community engagement to prevent deadly infections. With over 80 years of front-line water and sanitation expertise, here’s how we’re taking action right now: Desalination – Oxfam engineers have been pioneering desalination in Iraq, Kenya, Somaliland, Syria, Yemen, and Gaza. This technology turns dirty groundwater into drinkable water using reverse osmosis, often powered by solar energy. Water trucking, drilling boreholes, water piping, and repairs – When water stops flowing due to drought or conflict, our teams work tirelessly—often risking their safety—to restore access. Irrigation systems – In Malawi and Somaliland, Oxfam has built irrigation systems that channel water from reservoirs to farmers’ fields, supporting agriculture and strengthening food security. Dignity-first – From women-specific sanitation kits to locks and lighting near latrines, we consult with communities to ensure safe and resilient water access for all. GIVE WATER TODAY Water isn’t just about wells and pipelines—it’s about justice. That’s why we also push for long-term solutions and advocate for stronger commitments from governments to secure water access for all. I’m particularly proud of Oxfam’s expertise and bold approach. Our water engineers are renowned for their speed and efficiency, providing large-scale water supplies and disease-preventing sanitation facilities to millions of vulnerable people around the world—even in the most challenging environments like Gaza.
